Some suggestions:
- Use a CRM system or e-reminder to prompt you to touch base with past clients every 90 days.
- Make sure to use differing methods of contact: phone, text, email, or personal handwritten note (always viewed as most personal).
- Make it more personal than an automated drip campaign.
- Plan a value-based message in advance: birthday greeting, anniversary, holiday, recommended service contractors or vendors, seasonal events, etc.
