Don’t Fall Victim to the “Holiday Checkout.”

Every year, people begin mentally checking out during the final weeks. Some have had a tremendous year and decide to coast. Others have had a difficult year and feel like there’s simply not enough time left to turn things around.

But if you still have goals to reach and business to close, this is not the time to check out.

There are still tangible changes you can make and key disciplines you can implement to impact how you finish the year.

And remember:

It’s not what the market is doing that matters—it’s what you’re doing in the market that makes the difference.

Your attitude, mindset, and actions during these final weeks matter.

So enjoy the holidays. Celebrate your successes. But if there’s still work to be done, make the commitment now:

Don’t check out. Finish strong. Give it everything you have.
